MSPA Certifications

Two certification programs are offered by the industry association, Mystery Shopping Providers Association. Participation is open to any independent contractor interested in learning more about industry standards and the skills involved in customer service evaluations. Certification is not required by the association, nor currently by any providers within the association. However, numerous companies recommend the certification process and acknowledge that certified shoppers receive priority consideration for assignments.
